Welcome to stuartpearson-racing.co.uk this year we are racing in the Texaco Havoline series. This is for identical Ginetta G20 models using Ford 1.8 Zetec engines and consists of two races at each of the meetings listed on the calendar page.

Brands Hatch 14-15 July
Over the next 8 weeks the car was rebuilt from chassis up and so missing out on the Brands Hatch rounds.

Rounds 9 and 10 Silverstone 11-12 August
The car was completed so we took the opportunity to roller test it at Automech and run at Mallory the week before the event.  Power output was fine and the times a Mallory were encouraging.

Untimed session at Silverstone and the handling problems we had experienced at Brands were back, Stuart was driving the wheels off it but couldn't get a time out of it.  After two poor race results we brought it home and have taken the decision not to enter the next round at Thruxton but concentrate on some testing to get to grips with the handling.

Rounds 11 and 12 Thruxton 25-26 August
After not entering this weekends racing finances permitting we hope to be at Croft, but we will have to see.
